As agreed at the 3rd HEC meeting in Poznań, this year meeting will take place in a highland location not far from the northern Czech border with Germany and Poland.

A reasonable international train connection exists to the adjacent major town, Liberec. The resort hotel facility enables to put all participants and meeting activities under one roof. The meeting fee will cover accommodation and full board.

The schedule of the three days of meeting includes an invited lecture, four sections of presentations as well as a free afternoon preceded by an outing lunch.

The planning team is circulating information among all groups that participated at previous HEC events, asking them to soon specify their intent to come or, if feasible, to directly register.

The contributions of the traditional and new sponsors are gratefully acknowledged.
